一、 介紹
LY.BMS.08S80(磷酸鐵鋰)是我公司為動力鋰電池應(yīng)用而自主研發(fā)的小型電池管理系統(tǒng);適用于電動摩托車,高爾夫球車,旅游觀光車,后備電源以及其他使用動力鋰電池的設(shè)備??梢员O(jiān)測鋰電池的工作電壓、充放電電流等參數(shù),具有過充、過放、過壓、欠壓、過溫、過流、短路保護等功能,精確SOC 估算,具有自動均衡功能,所有的工作狀態(tài)均可在液晶屏進行顯示,可通過USB接口與PC 連接,在計算機上讀取狀態(tài)信息及相關(guān)參數(shù)。本產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定可靠,體積小,SOC 估算精度高。
二、主要特點
目前我司的標準產(chǎn)品具有以下特點:
1、60mA-200mA高效率實時主動式均衡。
2、不改硬件電路實現(xiàn)用上位機定制各種參數(shù)和報警設(shè)置。
3、采用凌特(Linear)LTC6803芯片,智能管理方案,最大化電池容量及電池壽命。
4、液晶顯示器實時顯示電池狀態(tài),報警狀態(tài)。
5、精確的單體電壓檢測,精度0.25%,誤差僅±10mV。
6、精確的SOC,小于5%。
7、精確的溫度測量,12串以上3路溫控檢測。
8、強大的通訊功能,RS232/RS485通訊接口。

Our standard products now possess the following characteristics.

單體電池檢測精度、SOC檢測精度、單體電池間的均衡等問題一直以來都是電池管理上的難題,且一直沒有得到最優(yōu)的解決方案。而我公司研發(fā)設(shè)計的電池管理系統(tǒng)針對以上難題,特別是在準確估測鋰電池組的荷電狀態(tài)(簡稱SOC)、動態(tài)監(jiān)測鋰電池組的工作狀態(tài)和單體電池間均衡的難題上花了近兩年時間進行突破,公司的電池管理系統(tǒng)全部使用美國凌特(Linear)LTC6803(第三代電池管理檢測芯片),加上我們對于電池管理的獨特思路和創(chuàng)新算法,使得我們的產(chǎn)品對于單體電池電壓監(jiān)測精度達到0.25%,SOC精度達到小于5%。
Single battery detection precision, SOC detection precision and single battery
balance have always been the challenges in battery management, and by far no
satisfactory solution has been found. Battery management systems developed
and designed by perfectly target at the above problems and breakthroughs have
been achieved after two-year research especially on precise estimation of
lithium battery state of charge (SOC), dynamic monitoring of lithium battery
working conditions as well as single battery balance. Battery management
systems of Liyun universally adopt American Linear LTC6803 (3rd generation
battery management test chip). With our unique ideas and innovative algorithm
for battery management, voltage monitoring precision of our products on single
battery reaches 0.25% with the SOC precision of less than 5%.
此外,我司的電池管理系統(tǒng)還具備強大的通訊功能,RS232和RS485通訊接口可適應(yīng)各種通訊需求,液晶顯示屏可以根據(jù)客戶需求顯示電池電量以及各種參數(shù)和報警狀態(tài)。PC客戶端界面可對單節(jié)電池電壓、均衡狀態(tài)、電池壽命等電池狀態(tài)進行實時監(jiān)控,并且可以對各種參數(shù)和保護響應(yīng)進行設(shè)置。
In addition, our battery management systems also enjoy powerful communication
functions. The communication interfaces of RS232 and RS485 meet all
communications demands and the liquid crystal display, in accordance with
customer demands, shows battery power, various parameters and alarm condition.
Real-time monitoring of single battery voltage, balanced state and battery
life, together with settings of parameters and protection response, can be
realized via PC client interface.
所以我司的BMS具有強大的功能開發(fā)潛力,可根據(jù)客戶的各種需求開發(fā)各種功能、更改相應(yīng)尺寸,例如:CAN通訊、藍牙通訊、開發(fā)通信協(xié)議、開發(fā)SMbus、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、遠程監(jiān)控、網(wǎng)絡(luò)模塊、各種液晶顯示(觸摸屏、彩屏、LED等)、光耦獨立等。

Functional development and modification of sizes can be made in conformity
with customer demands, such as CAN communication, bluetooth communication,
communication protocol development, SMbus development, data storage, remote
monitoring, network module, kinds of liquid crystal display (touch screen, color
screen, and LED, etc) and optical coupling independence.
